HOME Program Modifications - 6/16/2009

As of 6/12/2009 new Fairfield residents will not be enrolled in the HOME program.

Current Residents as of 6/12/2009 will automatically receive the MAXIMUM CREDIT toward the purchase of a home, regardless of current account balance. This is credited from the buyer’s agent’s commission at closing. The credit will be offered for 2 years after the expiration of the current lease term.

Maximum Credit is 1% of the home purchase price for new construction or .5% for an existing home. The experienced Realtors® of The Realty Associates are available to answer any questions regarding the program and look forward to assisting with your home purchase.
