How It Works

Upon move-in, you are automatically enrolled in our HOME program. Once we receive your first month's rent, you begin accumulating credits toward the purchase of your new home, equal to 10% of each month's rent. (excluding expense reimbursement and utility expenses)

Example:

When you are ready to purchase your home, you will receive full-service representation from a licensed agent from The Realty Associates. There is no extra cost or increase in the sale price of your new home for this service; all commissions are paid by the seller or builder.

How to use your credits:

• Apply your credit toward builder upgrades, or other eligible home improvements.
• Credits can be used for lender fees or to reduce your overall closing costs.

Maximum credit:

If purchasing a newly constructed home, the maximum rebate available is equal to 1% of the sales price. For the purchase of existing homes, the maximum rebate available is equal to .5% of the sales price.
